Koleliba

We are Koleliba.

We are passionate about building small-scale sustainable houses.

About

We use architecture as a tool to build small-scale homes for memorable experiences.

Our Story

'KOLELIBA' was our first tiny house prototype, which grew from a personal dream to a family-run business.

Our tiny houses are a step back towards more natural and less demanding lifestyle. The cabins aim to create relaxing atmosphere and turn into a spot where you and your family could slow down and reconnect with nature.

We believe in experiential architecture - architecture that serves our needs focusing on pleasure for all of the senses including touch, sight and even smell. That is what keeps our tiny house design process evolving.

As architecture marks just the beginning of the building process, building tiny houses means in-depth understanding of precision, attention to detail and application of knowledge and skills by everyone in the team. The limited space in the tiny houses design requires creativity and involves complex overlapping of installations and structure.

We keep learning and keep experimenting in order to improve what we do and create better experience with each house we build.

* KOLELIBA literally means 'a hut on wheels'. It's a play on words in Bulgarian.
